This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, is located in the highly acclaimed, master planned community of Estrella Mountain Ranch. My wife and I both work together on cleaning the house for 3 hours after each guest leaves. We do our best to wash and clean everything in the house. Not only are the sheets and towels washed, but we regulary wash comforters as well. It is beautifully decorated and equipped for your comfort. This is your home- away- from -home. A place you'll want to come back to. Located on a short, quiet and safe street with a neighborhood park. Very little through traffic. The backyard is designed for entertaining and includes a 5 person hot tub, Webber gas barbecue, water feature, dining set plus ample additional lawn chairs.The home is 2450 sq' with wood floors, plantation shutters, open design with large great room, living room, kitchen & dining area. Master bedroom has an ensuite bath with two sinks, soaker tub, separate shower, private water closet and large walk-in closet The second bath is shared with the three guest rooms and includes a tub/shower combo with two sinks.The media center in the great room has a 60' high definition smart TV. Air-conditioned throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms. Renters have full access to the garage, for parking, storing golf clubs and such.

Cleanliness, bath tub needed to be unplugged, dryer panel broken, rugs were dirty and soiled, underneath couches were full of debris, couches were very uncomfortable no padding on seats, reclining did not work hard to get out of couches, toaster broken, refrigerator gasket torn and light switch in refrigerator broken, insufficient bedding and blankets

Property owner was great when he realized my family was not there to party. We have family in the area. We were there for a wedding. I like having a ranch style setup with no stairs. House was clean, had plenty of items that many Vrbo lack. Kitchen was loaded with a lot of cookware, small appliances, dishes/silverware. Making it easy. The few small issues we had were all typical of any Vrbo. Overall good home to have as a temp stay.

Everything was as advertised. Home was clean as were the linens. Hot tub water was sparkling clean and very comfortable. While we did not take advantage of the club house their grounds were just as immaculate and the walk around the lake was very relaxing.Grocery store is nearby as were some of the standard fast food joints.Overall a very relaxing and pleasant stay.Paul is very easy to work with.

Nice location and well kept home

This property was only a couple miles from a family that lived in Goodyear. We used it primarily for sleeping and ate all our meals with our family at their home. The home was clean and easy to get in, and the host was super easy to communicate with. We will stay here on our next trip.

The house itself was amazing and super clean. Host was very responsive, he was super nice when I advised a mirror had broken. Needless to say I would stay here again. Would be perfect for a family gathering or simply get away from the city ❤️. My favorite part was that it's secluded up in the mountains in an amazing neighborhood. Super quiet which was nice when sitting in the Jacuzzi at night or morning.
