The true gem is the remarkably private backyard, which extends into the majestic South Mountain Desert Preserve _ once you arrive, you'll find it hard to leave! Spread across a quarter acre, the backyard features a stunning 42-foot heated pool complete with a cascading waterfall. An outdoor kitchen, complete with a pizza oven, awaits your culinary creations.
Relax in the gazebo, designed for al fresco dining, or unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploration. With uninterrupted views of the mountains on three sides, this sanctuary promises a stay that's as breathtaking as it is relaxing.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all areas of the home and backyard. The pool is private and the backyard is fenced in. Pool vendors, Trash vendors, landscaping and pest control service the home weekly, and monthly. They do have access to the backyard and this may occur during your stay.

Our property is conveniently located just 15 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
Other Things to Note:
Upon booking, we will request that you sign our rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and safety guidelines. Failure to sign may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance. There is also a camera facing the gate in the back yard and one in the garage. There are no cameras facing the pool or any interior areas.

We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.
