The Space:

Soft desert light pours through the windows as you step onto the single‑level floor, inviting you to settle in and let the day unwind. Inside, the smart TV flickers to life, ready for movie nights after a sun‑kissed afternoon, and the gentle hum of central AC keeps the desert heat at bay. Whether you’re gathering for a bachelorette celebration or a relaxed family reunion, the space flows between indoor comfort and outdoor fun with effortless ease.



Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms and a dedicated getting‑ready area provide room for everyone. Five beds are spread across the rooms, and two full baths let guests unwind without crowding. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets are supplied, and a washer‑dryer in the unit makes longer stays convenient.



Indoor living

The living area centers around a comfortable seating layout and a smart TV, perfect for group movie marathons or casual gaming. A themed room filled with life‑size games adds a whimsical touch, while central heating and air conditioning keep the temperature just right. Wifi and an ethernet connection support both relaxation and any work needs that arise.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances—including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooking basics—makes meal prep a breeze. A Keurig coffee maker greets you each morning, and a generous dining table invites shared meals before heading out to explore Old Town Scottsdale.



Outdoor living

Step into the fenced backyard where the year‑round heated pool awaits, complete with pool toys for extra fun. Life‑size dinosaurs, ping‑pong, life‑size Connect 4 and cornhole turn the patio into a playful arena. A fire pit, grill and outdoor dining set create a perfect setting for evening gatherings, while sun loungers and additional outdoor furniture offer spots to soak in cooler desert evenings.



Neighborhood

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home offers a calm backdrop while keeping you minutes from the vibrant energy of Old Town Scottsdale, its restaurants and shops. Free parking on the premises and ample street parking make exploring the area effortless.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (1) car may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $40 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.
