Additionally, we take a strong stance against illegal activities, including the fight against child trafficking. To ensure a safe and secure environment for all, we have partnered with "Know Your Guest" (Superhog) for guest screening.

Guest Verification Process: Before your booking begins, you will be required to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You’ll also need to choose between two options for security:

Damage Waiver (Non-refundable) – $25 via Superhog.
Security Deposit (Refundable) – $250, which can take 5-10 business days to be refunded.

These measures are in place to prevent:

- Unauthorized large gatherings or parties.
- Disruptions to neighbors or the neighborhood.
- Third-party bookings using someone else’s profile.

Please Note: After your reservation is confirmed, you will be prompted to validate your information through Know Your Guest and select one of the two options mentioned above.

There will be NO REFUNDS if you choose not to comply with this verification software.
