Guest Access:

Parking & arrival:

The home is built into the mountainside, and the driveway has a steeper incline, which is typical for the area. While it may appear steep at first, there is ample room at the top of the driveway to pull up and turn around comfortably.



Once parked, you can walk up the exterior steps to reach the front door.



Entry:

The home features keyless entry via an electronic keypad. Your unique door code will be provided with your check-in instructions 48 hours before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The home is uniquely set into the mountainside, offering an elevated, private feel with expansive views once you arrive. The setting provides a sense of separation and calm above the city while still being centrally located.



From this location, you’re a short drive to:

• Downtown Phoenix

• Scottsdale

• Glendale

• Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport



This central positioning makes it easy to access dining, entertainment, sporting venues, and major highways, while the elevated setting allows the home to feel like a retreat above it all.



Getting Around:

We recommend having a car or using rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) during your stay. Due to the home’s mountainside location, there are limited walkable destinations nearby once you arrive.



That said, the property is centrally located, making it easy to drive to Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, and Sky Harbor Airport, as well as major highways, dining, and entertainment.



Other Things to Note:

For larger groups, there is a neighboring guest house operated by a local host that may be available to accommodate up to four additional guests if needed.



We use Truvi as part of our guest screening process. The Truvi application must be completed under the primary guest’s name on the reservation, and the verification needs to be finished within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation, per State and City requirements. Please note that your reservation is considered fully confirmed once this step is completed.



Truvi also collects a one-time, non-refundable $35 damage waiver, which covers any accidental damage during your stay.
