Great property and great location

We were in Arizona for a week to watch our sun play in a high school baseball tournament. The property was super clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay again if I find myself back in Phoenix area.

Great price/ Great location

It was a cute house with the basics.. minus a stove. It only had a stovetop. It's a great price point and the neighborhood was quiet. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Metro rail or it had free parking right in front of the house. We had a nice stay here.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, clean and comfy and a nice place. Plenty of towels and toilet roll and a great shower. Host was responsive and responded to any questions.It could do with a few more things in the kitchen, like tea towels, kitchen roll, a rack to dry dishes, and some ice in the freezer. I always like to cook when I'm travelling, so these would have been nice to have. Saying that, I highly recommend this place, I enjoyed my stay.

Friends Weekend

The house was gorgeous and clean and perfect for a friends weekend. Beds were comfortable. Wish there was a little more seating and coffee tables in the room. But we made do and had a good time. The shower was amazing, love the overhead shower head. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay for our vacation!

The house had a good amount of space for the 2 of us. The bed and A/C was comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The shower was nice, but could have used additional washcloths and hand towels. We would recommend a comfy chair in the living room! Coffee pot was in need of cleaning and there was coffee for only one pot.

Quick stay in mesa

Check in was smooth ,place was clean only thing was noisy neighbors in same lot and a knock at night from someone who we didnt know we communicated with owner and she was quick to respond to our needs so no complaints there . Maybe just having some extra toilet paper for guest as well.

Decent Stay in Mesa

Our stay here was decent. The listing is accurate and has the basic amenities. However, there was a lot of noise coming from the shared walls with the other units in this house (unsure if it was other VRBO’s separated out in this house or the owners). Also one of the beds was very soft and left our backs pretty stiff the next morning (personal preference though) All in all probably wouldn’t stay here again but if you are looking for a short term stay it would do the job.

Spring Training 2025

We scheduled a long spring weekend in AZ to watch some Cubs Spring Training games. This location was perfect for us. Great location for getting to games and great eating places! Very safe location (my buddy and I are morning walkers and we never felt threatened anywhere we walked). You can’t beat the price for this property as we’ve stayed at multiple VRBO’s in the area for previous springs. For our purposes, we only need a place to sleep and get cleaned up for the next day and this property fit the bill. Not a lot of frills, but we didn’t need any… and the money we saved on lodging we spent on great seats at multiple games and several great meals. This property was very clean and the property manager was great to work with and very responsive (we had a light bulb out in a bedroom and they came right out to replace).

Very clean house.

The property was very clean, and instructions to get into the house were clear. I have only two critiques, and they are minor. 1. There was no information in the house on the thermostat, turning on the TV, or what the owner expected us to do when we left (cleaning). There was no food or condiments in the house, and we arrived late in the evening. We could have really used a cup of coffee the morning after we arrived.

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nice and was comfortable for us to stay in. It could use a little more furniture like maybe an end table in the living room and an upholstered chair to fit four people without the island chairs, but overall we enjoyed our stay!
