The whole wedding party stayed at this hotel. It was such a disappointment the customer service of the staff and how they handled the situation. For two days we had no hot water, so we couldn't shower because the water was ice cold. We were not informed about it so we just found out that the water was ice cold when we were about to get ready for the wedding. Its ridiculous that we were not inform, we could have made other arrangements to shower and get ready somewhere else. At the same time you stay at a hotel to sleep and shower and we could not shower. We went down to talk to the staff to see what happen they then informed us that the boiler was out but it would be fixed. But again the second day there was no hot water. When we talk to the manager about this his said there was nothing he could do because we booked through expedia. Horrible customer service and the internet was down throughout the stay. In addition to this issue, the internet was also out of order. Again, the staff failed to mention this during check in. For the extremely high nightly rate they charge we would have been best served elsewhere.

Elevator wasn’t working properly. They up sold a $50 fee for things we “might charge” to the room like $45 valet parking or restaurant items. It was not clear if this would be refunded to my credit card after we left without spending that money. The adjacent parking garage was dirty and also cost $40.
