  • Pool is heated along with the hot tub! NO extra charge to guest. Pool will be cooled in the summer months. You couldn’t pick a better oasis that is centrally-located in Peacock Village . 🦚 You will feel as though you have come to a private retreat perfect for honeymooners, couples, families or by yourself for a recharge! Close to P83 with tons of restaurants, shopping, the stadium and world class golfing! Place has a tropical vibe that won’t disappoint! Grass yard for Crochet or some Cornhole. Garage is not available. Has fenced RV pad. House is NOT eco-friendly for charging electric cars. Please you local charging stations nearby to charge them. Family get away

The location is great and the house was fantastic. Leah was extremely helpful for the entire stay and made sure everything was perfect. All the amenities needed for a longer stay are there and no need to worry about anything. Would defiantly stay again!

This home has a very comfortable set up and Leah has paid great attention to amenity details that make the home have a resort touch. There was a welcome snack basket, sunscreen and after sun lotions, plenty of linens, very well stocked kitchen, even cold beverages in the fridge. The backyard and patio space were thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was refreshing with options for floaties and we enjoyed playing croquet. We did not use the hot tub as it was very warm the weekend we stayed. Leah was a great host and communicated well. We would stay in this home again.

Beyond Expectations!!

A group of 7 long-time friends stayed here and we cannot say enough about how this place was so perfect for us. Close to shopping and groceries plus the sightseeing we had planned. The backyard pool area was amazing. So completely perfect to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

This house was super comfortable and absolutely spotless. The location is great - about a mile or two from every store and restaurant you could possibly want. We loved the heated pool and hot tub, which were ready to use at the moment we arrived.

This was perfect for my extended family to stay for my Moms birthday party in Sun City. Easy to communicate with host and everything was clean and as advertised. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but we highly enjoyed the patio with the lighted view of the backyard and the sound of the fountain! Would definitely stay again!

The house was beyond our expectations! The kitchen was very well equipped. House was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. I contacted Leah about the pool temperature feeling cold -I got a response right away. The inside of the house was spacious and the outside pool area was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay, and created wonderful memories for 3 generations of girls.

Fabulous Property!

The house is huge and stocked with everything you might need and beautifully decorated. The pool is the perfect temperature and a great size. We didn’t try the hot tub as the weather was too hot while we were there. The covered patios and gardens are also lovely. Leah is a great host and we would highly recommend staying here 😊

Great family oasis for spring break

Check in process and communication with host was easy and awesome. Home was clean, comfortable, and had all we needed. Comfortable stay for a long weekend

Clean, comfortable home just as described. Appreciated many thoughtful touches in the kitchen and fridge. Everything worked properly includin gas grill, fire table and pool/hot tub- both heated! Host was easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely return to this property.

Great family destination

It was an awesome place for a family get together. It is a beautiful house stocked with everything we needed. The family spent most of the time in the backyard oasis enjoying the pool, hot tub, waterfall and grill. The amenties Leah leaves for guests was also nice touch. She is an awesome hostess and we had plenty of instructions and she was also readily available if needed. The house is in a great neighborhood. Also only minutes away for lots of activities other than just the sports complex. Altho it is a big benefit having the games so close. Would definitely recommend this as a great family destination especially for spring training.

A Little Bit of Heaven

Located in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to stores (costco, boot barn, walmart) this beautiful clean house exceeded our expectations. Leah went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We did not get to use the pool, BBQ or hot tub this visit as our schedule was so full. I will definitely not hesitate to stay here again next year. Thank you Leah :)
