Beautiful resort. Front desk staff was great. Breakfast was amazing. Everything I wanted and no waiting. Drinks at the complimentary reception were surprising very good and bar tender was a great personality. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and bars, which was great. My only issue was that there was not sufficient pool towels available. And the ones that were there were in truly poor condition.

This is a great stay. We were there in the summer and the fourth floor rooms were pretty hot. Other than that things went well. Expedia accidentally messed up my reset but both Expedia and the staff promptly did their best to help us out!

The room was advertised as an upgrade to a "pool view - ground level". Come to find out - almost every room has a pool view and this ground level was next to a parking lot with a busy 4 lane road next to it where the head lights were constant in the window and there was road noise. It was also booked for 3 people - advertised as a "suite" with a pull out bed. They didn't mention the pull out was a 2" thick mattress on coiled springs that poked through and there was no roll away bed available! I tried to switch to a room with a queen or king bed but was told no - than was asked if I wanted to "upgrade" - when on line the different bed size had been the same price. I dont think either of these "features" should be advertised or maximized on when they are awful!
