  • Welcome to the Remodeled Retreat in Tempe! This 4 Bed/2 Bath home is tucked away on a quiet Tempe street and located minutes from ASU’s campus and Mill Ave., only 12 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Enjoy the Arizona sun outside in the private yard area, play yard games or relax in the shared pool (not heated) area with the trendy mural wall. We’ve made this home enjoyable for the whole family with kid’s toys, games, a highchair and rocking chair.

    You also have access to charge your EV for no extra cost on our 40 amp EV charger that’s shared with the next door unit.
