Gorgeous corner home with a private pool.

Spacious corner single level home in North Scottsdale. This home has 2400 square feet of living space. The house is a three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The house has no steps , perfect for guests with limitations. The VRBO map does not show the exact location of the home, but the home is NOT near a major street , and is very quiet.

The home is in walking distance to great shopping and dining at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. A quick 5 minute drive to TPC Scottsdale, Home of the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Multiple hiking options in the area. Great access to HWY101 and HWY51 gets you to all the places you want to go quickly.

The master bedroom has a King size bed with plenty of dresser space and a private bathroom with a double vanity. The guests bedrooms are separated by a spacious bathroom with a double sink , both guest bedrooms have Queen size beds..

The house has an inground five foot deep PLAY POOL (non diving ) which is UNHEATED, also has a six person hot tub (AT THIS TIME THE HOT TUB IS OUT OF ORDER) .The pool is professionally cleaned and checked every Monday. The yard has plenty of lounging / sitting areas. A picnic table overlooking the pool is a great way to enjoy your meal or snack in between swims. While swimming you can enjoy music with the provided JBL outdoor speaker via Bluetooth. Pool is UNHEATED - Ideal Swim Season May thru Early Oct.


CLEANING
We have always been very particular about cleanliness, and want to let you know that we are doing our part to help our guests stay safe from the spread of unwanted viruses. Our team takes great care to sanitize and disinfect all high touch surfaces including, light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, keypad entry lock, etc. We use high quality disinfectants and sanitizers as prior to each guest arrival.

HOT TUB is for adults only, no children under the age of 17 are allowed in, HOT TUB cannot be used for a play pool for kids under 17. ××× HOT TUB OUT OF ORDER AT THIS TIME ×××

Dan and Shelly were great hosts. Very communicative and helpful. The house was in a great location, had all the amenities, and the entire house was comfy and a great time for the kids.

Wonderful house for our girls trip! Shaded pool allowed for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation even in the heat of July! House had everything we needed plus bonus arcade games and a dart board. Highly recommend this house. Hosts were also great and made the process super easy.

Great stay for golf!

We had a great time staying at Dan and Shelly's place. Easy to find and check in, and about 7min from TPC Scottsdale. Dan was amazing to work with, checked in a few times before our trip, offered us tips and advice on areas nearby, and was available for any issues (we had none). With the pool TVs ample seating space, this is a great location for a couple small families or just a couple guys needing an escape to golf.

Nice weekend trip

Quiet neighborhood, centrally located

Dan, the owner, was so helpful and responsive. This house offers entertainment for all ages - my husband loved the video game console. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need. We loved how close it was to Kierland Commons and easy to get to ASU.

Relaxing with no worries

The entire process from start to finish was stress free. We had great communication with our hosts and the house was perfect for our needs. Amazing stay

Beautiful home , we had no issues, communication with property owners was flawless! Couldn’t ask for anything more. The pictures of this property doesn’t do it justice. Amazing stay!!

Our stay was amazing!! The home was beautiful and Dan and Shelly thought of everything. We brought food and supplies to cook and have dinner with the kids and we were amazed at how well equiped the kitchen was for all of our needs. The pool is the perfect size and not too deep for the kids. The arcades and all of the board games made my kids fill their day with fun activities. There is a park, golf course, Fry's, and gas station just outside the neighborhood which we found super convenient (minus the golf course, will be back to visit that another day). Overall we had an amazing weekend and in the words of my 7 year old "we didn't like it...we loved it"

Christmas in Scottsdale

Me and my best friend decided to escape the Christmas drama and go to Scottsdale. Neither of use had ever been to Arizona and we weren't disappointed. The house was immaculately clean. The house is very stocked with anything you can think of and more. Dan was a super host and consistently checked on use to ask if we had any questions. Dan also suggested sites to visit and eating places. We ended up doing all his suggestions. The only downside is we couldn't use the pool it was way to cold. I didn't realize it was unheated. We would both recommend this home away from home. Perfect house in a perfect location with a wonderful host. Thank you Dan for a very memorable Christmas.

The game room was a big hit!

The house was exactly as described. Dan was very helpful and made certain we knew the pool wasn’t heated and offered a different property if we wanted to cancel this house. The pool is beautiful and it will be great when they get it heated. We had trouble with the thermostat and Dan was very helpful and he did get it working. We had everything we needed in the house, beds were comfortable. Only suggestion we would have is to turn the water heater up. With six people we could have used more hot water. (Just to let you know this family is accustom to very hot water). I would come to this house again.

Anniversary Weekend

Dan and Shelly AWESOME hosts! The home is BEAUTIFUL and was very clean and it had everything in it and love the location (everything was in a short distance). The host check in on us to make sure everything was ok and if there were any concerns or questions. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The property was perfect. It was a golf get-away and we could not have asked for a better location. The place was very clean. Beautiful!

Thank you for such a wonderful property where we didn’t have to worry about anything. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our son loved the game room with us as well. We also look for a home in this area because of its close location to Mayo Clinic/hospital. It was an easy drive and no worries. We would book again!
