We are excited you are considering our home for your vacation! Our extensive house search led us to Gilbert and we knew as soon as we walked in the front door, this was the ONE! Every time we travel back to Gilbert, we fall in love with this community more and more. Our neighborhood is amazing, and the entire City is known to be one of the safest communities in the USA. We continue to improve our guest experiences by adding extra touches to our home every year. We hope you have an amazing time!

Located in the heart of Gilbert, AZ this 3 bedroom family-friendly home features 2 king beds and 1 queen bed with TV plus a cot and air mattress. It has everything you need to enjoy your getaway from the fully stocked kitchen to the sunny backyard with a heatable pool and covered porch.

Get out and enjoy all the restaurants in downtown Gilbert, the food and atmosphere will NOT disappoint you. It`s only a 5 min drive or 20 min walk down the Western Canal Path System. Enjoy the Saturday Farmer’s Market, antique stores and more! There are many parks within a 10 min walk, including the McQueen Park Activity Center. It offers 4 play structures for various ages, 2 basketball courts, 2 tennis courts, 2 beach volleyball courts and 2 baseball fields. There is a community fishing pond, covered cabanas and restrooms. The park has terrific lighting throughout for evening use and sun shelters for the hot summer days. There is an extensive list of things to do and places to eat in our online guest book. This property is 20 min to the Phoenix Sky Harbour Airport or Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. We are located 30 min to Scottsdale and 40 min to the State Farm Stadium.

Extra attention to detail is noted throughout this entire property, inside and out! Have your morning coffee in the front sitting room and relax in the evening with your 65` smart TV, stretched out on the large sectional which has 3 recliners. The Kitchen has extra amenities including a toaster, slow cooker, blender, rice cooker, kettle, coffee maker and Keurig. The coffee station has an assortment of tea, decaf and caffeinated coffee including pods. There are ample dishes, pots/pans and baking sheets to host any meal.

Want to enjoy the weather while cooking? Head on out to the covered patio and grill on the new BBQ. Relax in the sun, swim in the pool and fall in love with the well-manicured backyard.

RESERVATIONS
Must be 25+ years old to book.
A $250 - $500 deposit may be requested for bookings and holidays.
No unauthorized guests allowed, only those on reservation.

NO EVENTS OR PARTIES
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am (includes loud voices and music).
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately or you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
If you are local you must be pre-approved in order to book this home

NO SMOKING AND VAPING
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. Minimum $200 fine. Smoking is only permitted outdoors (with closed windows and doors).

USE OF POOL AND SPA
Pool cleaner comes 1-3x a week through the side gate to clean the pool, which takes a few minutes and they will not interrupt your stay.
No glass or food in or around the pool. If the pool needs to be drained as a result of this violation it will be at the expense of the guest.

POOL HEATING
>$75/day to heat the pool (full stay required) to around 85 degrees
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>During the winter months (September-April) there may be an additional costs

For items left behind, a $10 service charge is added to the shipping rate.

CAMERAS
At the front and the back there are two devices that look like cameras -- one we just use for a light, and does not have recording capabilities, and the other is flipped upwards and does not record. So technically there are no recording devices on property.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
