All I can really say is, go look at your room before you book. It really is worth paying the extra extra for a hotel with a better rating. The people working were very friendly and helpful. But there was a lot of trash in the area and some questionable characters.

Thank god the air conditioning worked well. The shower had good water pressure. The broken crack pipes outside the lobby on the steps and the millions of cigarette butts outside the room was a big turn off. The room was filthy.

Staff was nice but the carpet was super disgusting full of stains seems like it hasn't been cleaned or vacuumed in awhile and it has an odd smell, also the bed sheets had stains and cigarette burns. They advertise breakfast but they no longer server breakfast.

Property layout and amenities were very good. Easy access from I-17. Staff was helpful, especially when my reservation was messed up in the computer system--gave me a free upgrade for my troubles. My lower rating is due to the fact that the property is clearly in need of some updating and refurbishing.

Continental breakfast was limited, but very delicious. Server staff member was awesome, the front desk was ok. Property and bathrooms are in need of maintenance. Ceiling damage from water leaks were never fixed, very unsightly.

The property was very much in need of renovations. Our door was hard to lock for security, our shower sprayed to the ceiling, We had to place a wash cloth on the shower head to keep it from spraying. How ever the towels and bedding were clean and front desk employees were nice and friendly.

Very quiet and very friendly staff, room was beautiful with accommodation but bathtub was very dirty and room had very musty smell and carpet was very sticky, I couldn’t walk bare feet, that was not what I expected but shopping was close by and the reason I went there the purpose of my trip was just few miles away so it wasn’t too bad

To be honest I didn’t like anything about the hotels it was nothing like it said online. The room was pretty dirty and i didn’t sleep all night because so many homeless people around making noises. I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone.

I had a suite of two rooms. The upholstery on the couch was ripped. Drapery was ripped. One of the deadbolts did not work. The rug badly needed a cleaning, and had not been vacuumed well (I found two pieces of broken glass). The pool area was clean and well-kept. Staff was friendly. Guards patrolled the parking lot at night. Breakfast was adequate. I will not return to this property.

Property was dated, room was in poor condition. Not Dirty, but in bad shape. Walls chipped, mirror broken, doors heavily nicked/chipped. I have stayed at other LaQuinta's and have usually found them to be in significantly better condition. The property itself seems dated and not well maintained. The room itself was clean enough, but the condition just takes away from the overall stay. The staff was nice enough.

The staff were nice. The room had carpeting that was filthy like it had not been cleaned ever. It was sticky. The bath tub had dirt rings. The toilet paper holder was loose and coming out of the wall. No electrical outlets . They were behind the furniture.. shady characters hanging around outside our room . We felt unsafe. I usually have a good stay at La Quinta but did not this time. Woul not recommend this particular one.
