Delightful Family wedding

We were on a visit for a family wedding. The property was large and accommodating for many family and friends who had travelled for the occasion. The property was lovely. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the yard. The location was fantastic as we could get everywhere we needed quickly. We would stay there again.

Clean but dated.

Clean comfortable stay. Property is definitely dated but clean. Pool was nice but in rough shape. We did use and enjoy it. 2 Nice TV rooms so we could split up to watch things.

Medium sized house with water issues

Top two things to know:- It's not 4400 square feet, and not really a "large" house by Phx standards. It's 2300 square feet, and I assume the rest is counting the patio (which is lovely). - The water issue is a real problem. It's not just slow; there's no reliable way to get hot water in any faucet in the house (other than the master, where there's a hack posted). The owners must do something to make this not maddening for them that needs to be shared with the renters (or fix it!).Other than that, the house is fine *for the price point* and we would probably stay again if the water were fixed. The good: The backyard is beautiful and the location is convenient to lots of things. The beds and couches are comfortable and the wifi is strong. Vacasa was responsive (if not helpful on the water issue). The annoying: It's an unrenovated 1975 house; thin windows, weird doors, absent smoke detectors, marginally functional drawers. The pool pump sounds like an old man hocking a loogie every time it comes to the surface, and landscapers come at 7:30 on Saturdays (see above re thin windows). The nice desk pictured has been replaced with a table. The master bedroom has no dresser and the closet is locked so there is nowhere to unpack. No dealbreakers as long as you know what you're getting into.

It was a perfect house in a perfect location.

The house was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of space for everyone. All of our needs were taken care of while we were there. Kitchen was well supplied. Outside space was heavenly.

The pool was gross and never cleaned. It smelled like a dirty pond. The coffee maker didn't workso we went out and bought a new one. We communicated both of these things but our hosts were never heard from. The only time I ever heard from anyone, was an automated message when it was time to check out. The house itself is fine but pretty stingy on the supplies needed to run a house for a week.We had to go buy our own toilet paper, papertowels, dishwasher detergent, etc.

Great house!

Super comfortable house that seems like it was built for fun! Beautiful pool and super private. Location could not be better. It’s 3 blocks from an In and Out Burger, 1 block from a Whole Foods and some really good restaurants, and 20 min from world class golf. It has ample space for two families.

Beautiful backyard

The backyard is truly what makes this home. The house is clean but pretty outdated. We had trouble with the hot water taking forever to heat up for showers and I’d highly recommend paying the extra for the heated pool. The location is great and nice neighborhood close to stores and restaurants.

Great stay!

Self-check-in was super easy. We spent most of our time outside, the backyard is super spacious and private. We wished we could have stayed longer. My only setback was that the pool wasn't heated, and the items for the pool (floaties and balls) were deflated. My suggestion is that if this house rents the pool/outside is the key feature and people will be using it so have the pool ready to go. Note: the weather was in the low 90's when I was there.

Sad I can't give this property 5 stars

This home is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Also, Vacasa was wonderful to work with. My only issue is the water never got hot enough for a good shower. I called Vacasa and they were lovely and quickly tried to fix the problem but said the system in the home had a hard time producing hot water in the winter. So if you stay at this home in the winter with temps under 70 then beware. Otherwise, it's a great home.

Home needs improvement

When we first arrived the Master bedroom was not clean. The Grill did not work! The dishes weren’t cleaned I had to re-wash every dish before using. The House itself seems like it needs a lot of fixing. I was walking barefoot and the edge of the rug by the front door was peeling back and I stepped on the carpet tack strip from it being exposed.
