Beautiful spacious backyard with pool, hot tub, fire pit, yard games, scenic valley views, resting on the foothills of Shadow Mountain, and just steps away from excellent hiking trails. The Oasis Overlook is just a short drive to multiple golf courses. Create an amazing experience for groups looking for peaceful natural surroundings and fun times with family and friends. Nearby you will find wonderful shopping, restaurants, and the best entertainment in Arizona.

Our vision for this home was that it would be a great place for families and large groups of people to come to relax, have fun, connect with each other, and have an unforgettable experience.

Indoor space:

The expansive kitchen has been recently remodeled with all high-end finishes, including beautiful granite countertops, a large bar area, double ovens, and a large side-by-side refrigerator. This area is very spacious and has the open concept with skylights, and a picture window over the sink.

All of the 8 bedrooms have customizable bed set ups, and can be configured as 2 XL Twin beds, or 1 King bed with luxury linens. Bedroom 3 also has a futon bed.

The bathrooms have all been beautifully remodeled.

The perfect place to enjoy beautiful Arizona weather! The hot tub area overlooks the large pool, valley views, and majestic mountains. The fire pit provides a bit of heat and comfort on the cooler evenings, as you enjoy the sunsets and starry nights.

With 8 bedrooms, 17 beds, and 6.5 bathrooms, there is enough space to accommodate 17 people and more.


HOUSE RULES

* No parties - i.e. Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties due to noise, parking, and and property damage issues.

* Street address and email address are required to receive all arrival instructions.

* All renters must submit ID & credit card verification to secure online portal. Minimum age to rent is 25.

*Pool Heating: For all short-term stays, the energy fee to heat the pool is calculated based on the number of days of your stay. The cost to heat the pool is $60 per day.

* Arrival and Departure: Arrival instructions will be sent via text and email a few days prior to your arrival.

* All requests for early arrival and late departure should be requested in advance and may not be possible based on cleaning and maintenance schedules. The fee for early check-in and late check-out is $100 per extra hour, as we will have to block an entire day to accommodate this request, which could result in potential loss of income.

* Please wheel trash and recycle containers to the street for pickup the night before the scheduled day.

* Upon departure, please refer to the checkout list posted in the house manual.

* No smoking allowed inside the property at any time, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, etc. If anyone in your group violates the no smoking policy, the host reserves the right to charge your account for $500 minimum to engage smoke remediation process.

* Base rate is set for up to 9 people, 5 years of age and older. Occupancy levels above 9 people will incur an additional charge of $35 per person, per night. This is to cover extra laundry (pool towels, bath towels, bedding, etc.), as well as extra electricity and water usage.

* Renters are provided one propane tank per day at no charge. There is a $35 charge for extra tanks above the one per day.

* Quiet hours after 9:30 are enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbances.

* Home comes stocked with toiletries, including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. Toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters, trash bags, and a general assortment of kitchen spices are also provided.

* Cancellation & Refund policy: No Exceptions will be made to the published cancellation policy. If cancellations occur 30 days or more prior to arrival date, 100% refund, if 15 to 29 days prior, 50% refund. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to arrival date, no refund will be issued.


PARKING: Driveway space can hold 2-3 cars. Overnight parking on-street is allowed.
