Great Place to Stay

Great house with ample space for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). Backyard is beautifully done and pool was perfect. Location is so convenient and was easy to get back and forth to Chase Field! 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing home near downtown and PHX

The pictures on the site don’t do the home justice. The home is spacious and each room has an ensuite. The backyard and pool were an awesome feature. Home is about 10 mins from the airport and maybe 5 mins from downtown. 10/10 would recommend anyone to stay here! The place is amazing!

Very fun VRBO

Great house in a perfect location. Lots to do at the house itself so you almost don't even want to venture out but if you do all the best that Phoenix has to offer is very close by.

Great family getaway

We had a family get together to see a few ballgames at Chase Field as we all live in different parts of the country. We had six adults in our group the bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The entire house was clean and well maintained. The backyard was wonderful with the pool/spa/bbq. The fans on the patio were so nice while we sat out in the 100 degree temp. Uber was quick and reasonable price to get to field in 10 minutes. Already looking forward to our next vacation and visit. Thank you for a great stay.

Phoenix concert

We had a great stay. It was only a short Uber to Phoenix with a lot to see and do. The house is very nice, with a lot of improvements. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful remodel, communication and convenience to downtown.

We loved the property, neighbors, and convenience to downtown, but unfortunately we didn't feel like the neighborhood really allowed us to explore on foot as much as we would have liked. It was a perfect place to stay with all you might need and wonderful if you have access to a car.

They thought of everything

Spent a great work week here 1/15-1/20. The house was as pictured and had everything we needed for a great stay. Hosts are very helpful, the backyard is great and the pool and spa are amazing. Will definitely stay again.

The best thing about our trip to Phoenix was this back yard

The pool was the best. And having a nice grill and patio to go along. The house was updated and very cute as well. Must stay here!

Pre-Christmas Getaway with family

This home was clean, cozy and well stocked with plenty of amenities. The beds were comfortable. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. Location was a good central location for exploring AZ. Landon, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay again!

Last minute extended stay

Our family decided to stay an extra few days in Phoenix to avoid Midwest snow. Landon was quick to respond and let us into his property early. The kids (12,8,5) LOVED the pool and hot tub. The space was perfect for a couple days. We enjoyed seeing a different part of the city.

Oasis very close to downtown

Beautiful property with lovely amenities. Hosts are friendly and attentive and have put a lot aid thought into making it a very comfortable stay. I stayed with friends as we were all attending the same conference—the property is a short ride or healthy walk to downtown. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom suite. We enjoyed walking to a delicious Mexican restaurant nearby and hanging out in the pool in the evening. I will definitely check out renting this property again on future trips to Phoenix!

Family fun!

The property was clean, well stocked with common house hold goods. The ac was super cold. The pool was refreshing and the back yard area is family fun friendly. We grilled and everything to grill was provided. Games and activities was also provided. Overall this property is Superb and I would highly recommend this property.
