This is a 2017 custom home in Estrella Mountain Ranch. This home is located on the 16th fairway of Golf Club of Estrella’s beautiful course, which was designed by Jack Nicklaus. Vacationing in Estrella Mountain Ranch is ideal. Go hiking in the regional park, stargaze at the Star Tower, or play golf at The Golf Club of Estrella. Vacation here to watch the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Coyotes, or any of the spring training games around!

This home is fully furnished. It sleeps 6, with 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 Twin Beds. It also has a Queen size blow up mattress if needed. The gourmet kitchen has all the amenities you need, including a Keurig, cookware, and bakeware.

This home is located in a gated golf course community in Estrella.

The resort style backyard is perfect for relaxing. It features a saltwater (optionally heated) pool and jacuzzi spa, with surrounding custom firepit.

For larger groups needing more than 3 bedrooms, we can coordinate with the owner of a comparable (4 bedroom) luxury home a few houses away to accommodate your group.

We had an amazing stay! The property had all the amenities we expected and everything was just as described. We opted to heat the hot tub for 150 per week, and the app made it easy to control from our phones. The home was spotless, the beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. The barbecue was clean and easy to use, and the fire pit was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Even though the golf course was closed for overseeding, we loved the location and the little community. We hope to come back soon!

Great getaway!

Beautiful place! Pool and spa were relaxing and there are so many golf courses in the surrounding areas our guys had a great time golfing and coming back for a swim. Thank you for a great place to gather! The whole area was beautifully landscaped.

A Relaxing Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Arthur's lovely home. It was clean, cozy and well equipped. The pool and outdoor space were calming to look at though we did not swim. We would definitely stay again when visit Phoenix.

Gorgeous Goodyear

First time in Goodyear, my family had a wonderful stay. The home had a great layout, amenities, and the private pool and spa were heaven for us Northerners! The host communicated well and provided easy instructions to check in/out. Loads of things to do in the area and close/easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting Goodyear again.

Spring friends vacation

My husband and I stayed with another couple. Our impression of the home online was great but when we walked in it was even better. More than comfortable and well stocked with items in the pantry (spices, paper towels, and other random items we needed). The temps were just right for hiking and a bit cool for swimming but we jumped in the saltwater pool anyway. We really enjoyed walking the North and south Lakes. With the palm trees and water it felt like Florida. Great stay!

Paradise

Our expectations were surpassed from the moment we stepped inside this beautiful home. The backyard was so amazing and it felt like we were at our own private resort. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing week which was exactly what we needed. Great place in a great neighborhood. House is clean. Pool and hot tub are very nice although we did not use them this time. Very accepting community. Best part is the owners. They are very responsive to any questions or issues. We stayed 2 weeks to hang with good friends who live up the road.

Best pool ... ever.

The salt water pool and hot tub were fantastic - best we've experienced in many years of VRBO rentals. Well heated for our February stay and easy to control using an app supplied by the owner. We have found, over the years, pools can be finicky, troublesome, complicated and downright frustrating - not the case here.House floor plan was great and the kitchen / living room area perfect for our needs. Check-in/out was smooth and Arthur was very responsive to our questions as well. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Being located on the 16th fairway of Golf Club of Estrella we did find an errant golf ball in the pool on arrival : ) but no more incoming projectiles during our stay. Quiet neighborhood as well.Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

As close to Paradise as you can get!

Having stayed in MANY Vrbo properties I can safely say that this was the best! To begin with: you could not ask for a more attentive host than Arthur. He was available throughout the entire process and very accommodating during the check in process. His property is beautiful, and you feel as though you ate in paradise. The pool, hot tub and the fire pit make the back yard a focal point. One can stay completely in the home without venturing out and feel you are at home and never want to leave. The home is beautifully maintained and the beds comfortable. We did quite a bit of cooking and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need

Didn't want to leave after 9 nights!

We stayed for 9 nights in November. Property was just like the listing. It was a large, open-plan and spacious home. The kitchen was spectacular - lots and lots of items were stocked - appreciated that. Master bedroom and bath were huge - walk-in closet was large enough to live in! It was very relaxing to sit outside - the pool, hot tub, fire pit and view of the golf course was lovely. This home was further away from Phoenix than we expected, but there were many options for shopping and restaurants within 15 minutes or so. It was easy to get around the area - the Estrella Mountain neighborhood has beautiful facilities and lots of nice wide sidewalks for walking. Having a garage to park in was very convenient. Arthur (the owner/host) was prompt and responsive to any questions we had. We hope to return next year - Really enjoyed our stay!

Clean, Comfortable, Quiet.

Where do I start? This is the second time we have rented this property because we loved it so much the first time. I looked and looked for something different or better but just kept coming back to this wonderful house. The home is super clean, has everything we wanted in a rental. The pool is clean and water temp was amazing. We are golfers and the course is fun and challenging and the home is located close to many other golf course options. Arthur is very responsive when contacted. It would also be an amazing location for NASCAR, and spring training baseball. (Super close to the track and ball fields) There are a few dining options close by but the really good restaurants are 20-25 minutes away. No big deal for us. We will probably stay here again next year and in my opinion that speaks volumes for the property.
