  • Beautiful newly built guest house in North Phoenix, near Carefree Hwy and 7th Ave. 2 Bedrooms, 1 bath, Kitchenette and a loft. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, Bedroom 2 has two full size beds, Couch in living room has a sleeper sofa with a full size bed and the loft has a full size futon cushion. Kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, microwave, Crock-Pot, dishes and much more. Directly next to open desert with hiking trails to enjoy! Very quiet and peaceful! About 30 minutes from Central Phoenix.
