Loved all the modern updates in the home. Very quiet and clean. Host responded quickly and answered all my questions. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a perfectly, tastefully renovated property in city of Chandler close to the downtown amenities. The owner pays attention to the little details, like a real coffee-maker coffee and filters and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and eating in. Full-sized washer/dryer with detergent, you can pack your clean clothes, not dirty smelly clothes. I love that. Quality appliances in the kitchen as well. Nice outdoor/backyard patio area with fire ring. Table tennis and foosball in the large game room. And Chandler has some great spots. It's south from the urban grind of Phoenix, super-convenient to the airport and points west and south. I used it as base camp for golf forays in Maricopa to the south and Scottsdale to the north.

We enjoyed our time in the Phoenix area. This property was a great space for our family. We had plenty of room to make our breakfast each morning in the large kitchen, and relax each night after site-seeing. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. Pros- nightlights in the house, washer and dryer available, on site parking, great outdoor space with fenced in yard, game room, large kitchen island for food prep and eating, ice packs in the freezer for our cooler each day, and close to many restaurants and shops.Cons- not very many pots, pans, or bowls in the kitchen (we like to cook on vacation), no bathroom hand soap, only one extra roll of toilet paper, only two towels in each bathroom and one washcloth, beds were low to the ground, could use a chair or two in the living room for additional seating, and the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner.Overall, it was a great property for our family. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

This house is the best on the block! Attention to detail was made when renovating and decorating this home. There were 7 of us that stayed and it was absolutely perfect. The kitchen had a wonderful island to hang out at, and the game room was perfect to keep us from boredom or when a few Chandler area family members came over. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials for cooking small dinners. This was a great home and I'd be very inclined to book it again when visiting family in AZ. Luis was very communicative. Thank you, Luis!
