Our Happy Place - 3 Bedroom & 2 Bath with HOA Pool in Chandler

Welcome to Our Happy Place where we go to relax and unwind. We hope our vacation home becomes Your Happy Place! Our fully-furnished, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch-style vacation home is situated in a quiet HOA neighborhood and is the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring The Valley! The backyard is a private oasis where guests can make their favorite meal on the Blackstone, play yard games, enjoy a show or music on the TV, or simply relax under the covered patio.

Inside, guests will find a beautifully designed home with everything needed for comfort and relaxation. The master suite is a perfect retreat with a king-sized bed, reclining loveseat, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a shower/soaker tub combo, and walk-in closet. Both of the second and third bedrooms have a queen bed, TV, and are located near the main bathroom which has a double vanity and shower/tub combo.

Our Happy Place has a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, air fryer, waffle maker, etc. The breakfast island has seating for two and the dining room table expands to comfortably seat six. The dining room opens to the cozy living room with a fireplace. All rooms, including the patio, have Smart Fire TVs so guests can access their favorite viewing apps using their own accounts. At the end of our block, guests may access our HOA’s greenbelt that features a seasonally-heated pool, playground, and picnic tables. It is easy to see why guests can unwind at Our Happy Place!

Just a short drive from the airports, our unbeatable location lets guests experience the Valley like a local! Enjoy shopping, fine dining, live music, and plenty of nightlife. For the sports enthusiast, catch a Suns, Diamondbacks, Cardinals, or MLB spring training game. Want to get into the action? There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby. Guests can kayak the Salt River, hike Superstition Mountain, tour the desert by UTV, or play a round of golf. If guests are looking for a day trip, check out Sedona, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Apache Junction, or the Grand Canyon. Whether guests are snowbirds trying to escape colder weather or here to relax, explore, or enjoy nearby attractions, we hope Our Happy Place becomes Your Happy Place!

Please note our HOA requires a minimum 30-day rental and for all guest to be registered. We have a multi-purpose patient lift, portable shower chair, shower grab bars, and ramps for guests upon request.
