Welcome to our private getaway right in the heart of Phoenix! Located 19 min to Biltmore Fashion Park shopping and restaurant area, this stunning property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, bachelor/ette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway. In the jaw-dropping backyard, enjoy the luxurious setting complete with a heated pool (+$100/night), spa, pool basketball hoop, putting green, swing set, bocce ball, fire pit and more. The home itself has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and thoughtful design touches throughout.

This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

Graduation/Family Vacation

AMAZING Stay - Perfect for Families!Our family had the most incredible stay at this home! We had 7 adults, a two-year-old, and a two-month-old, and the house offered plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The location was perfect — close to Grand Canyon University and convenient for all our needs.The layout was ideal for our family — our son, daughter-in-law, and their little ones were able to have their own private space in the back bedroom and bathroom, which made it so easy for them to settle in comfortably. We absolutely loved the multiple doors from the bedrooms leading out to the backyard — it made the home feel open and welcoming.The backyard itself was beautiful — the pool and patio were a dream and were used daily! Our toddler had the best time with the swing set and playhouse, which kept him entertained for hours. The gameroom was another big hit, giving the boys a great place to hang out and bond.The kitchen was large and fully stocked, with tons of refrigerator space, which made it easy to cook meals and eat together as a family.Every detail of this home was thoughtful, clean, and family-friendly. We truly could not have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a spacious, beautiful, and comfortable place to stay!

Fun House

Great backyard, worked perfect for a group of friends. Inside of the house is dated, but has a bunch of living space, definitely not the worst. Only negative we thought was that the inside could have been cleaned better upon arrival. Had lots of fun.

Grandkids vacation

Loved the house with all of the amenities! The pool was great, the hot tub was great and the play area for the kids was great. I know some people complained about having hot water, but we had no issues. Everything was well stocked and clean. The house is showing some age, but the neighborhood was fantastic, and we THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay! I will book this house again when in Pheonix.

Living Nightmare

There were 14 women staying on the property to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. From the moment we entered the home on 2/27/25 it was evident the place was in need of a good cleaning and repairs. We weren't looking for perfection, but what we did encounter was well below any quality standard I've experienced with VRBO. -General filth and disrepair-Foul smelling towels - fresh ones delivered when requested-Foul refrigerator smells-Dirty Carpets in primary bedroom and bathroom-Moldy lounge chairs by the pool-Lack of hot water (fixed by maintenance during the first 24 hours of our stay)-Fallen gate near the hot tub-Rotting hot tub cover-Filthy walls, doors, various light switches, and door jams-Light switch missing a knob-Broken flapper chain on bathroom toilet ( I fixed it with a safety pin)-Three rusted bathroom sink drains-Primary shower door missing-Primary bathroom shower rust evident and possible mold around tub-External bedroom door doesn’t lock-Kitchen pocket door off its track-Kitchen drawer that won’t open or close-Walking hazards on pool deck -Large scale pool of water found on carpet in bedroom. Maintenance came and inspected. Next day plumber came and cut out large section of wall to expose leaking pipe. Pipe capped by plumber, but no effort made to soak up the water. As a result, the queen size bed couldn't be used and two guests slept on the floor in another bedroom.I wasted many hours begging REBL Rentals for help.

Winter Family Getaway

The house could use some updating but it was a beautiful house to enjoy and very spacious. We had a problem with the heating of the pool and WiFi but was eventually fixed and taken care of. The pool is big and very clean. the backyard is beautiful and very well kept also. The hot tub was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and plenty of dishes etc. it was really nice to have beach towels there to use. The washer and dryer worked well.

Family Christmas Weekend

The house worked out very well for us. There was some pretty significant wear and tear to the home but it was obvious that the owners care and there were many things that they provided that were above and beyond. Our only issue was the 4 car maximum which we didn’t know about (unless I missed it somewhere). We had 11 people staying together and needed a couple more spots. We had to make other arrangements for those cars as they were not allowed at, or in front of, the house. Our family enjoyed the heated pool and entertaining backyard.

Womens Vacation

Over all, this house was good. The pool was great. The space is open and large and no one is on top of each other. We enjoyed the fires at night and pool all day. The main area of the house stayed cool with ac on. The neighborhood felt safe. We walked in every morning. House has 2 fridges which we utilized. There were a few things that could have been better. The gas cook top didnt heat at all. After an hour of trying to cook bacon we finally used the burner on the bbq outside. The burners also would just randomly turn off. We cooked alot so it was hard to have to go outside for stove and only have ability to do 1 pan at a time. The hot water was iffy. We couldn't get showers hot at all, on some days. No clear reason. Kitchen could be better stocked. Can opener didnt work. I would stay again though. I just loved the space!

Family stay in June

Very nice. Was particularly impressed by how quickly the management responded when the wi fi was not working. Didn’t have to go through call trees or leave messages. They handled quickly. Pool and house were nicely maintained.

Good Stay of Golf Course

We had a great time staying at this property. Good location and neighborhood. House is quite dated, but we werent looking for the best accommodations. However A/C is locked so you can't adjust past 72 and it was about 76 in my bedroom so all of us were quite hot and didnt sleep well. Besides that solid stay

So much room, and so much fun

This place had all the room we needed for our entire family. There were so many fun things to do with all of the indoor and outdoor activities. The backyard and the covered patio were absolutely awesome during this time of the year. Anything we need it, I contacted the rental company and they were there within an hour.

Great stay!

Property was clean, huge and had plenty of amenities to keep us entertained. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was bit dated in some aspects but it was very clean and well laid out. Great for a large group. Backyard area was amazing with tons of options for entertainment. There was extra coffee, sugar, coffee filters so we didn’t have to buy them. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Checkout was a breeze. Would definitely book again!
