With nearby access to Loop 101 and State Route 51, the location makes exploring all parts of the Valley—including Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, and Desert Ridge—fast and convenient.

Guests will enjoy convenient self-check-in through a secure smart lock system. A unique access code will be provided prior to your arrival for seamless entry. You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and backyard. Parking is available in the driveway, and additional street parking is easily accessible if needed.

This spacious and inviting home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, featuring 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main living area offers a cozy place to relax, with comfortable seating and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for home-cooked meals, along with a dining area perfect for family gatherings. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, offering soft linens and ample storage. The bathrooms are clean and stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries. Guests can also enjoy a private backyard—ideal for relaxing or spending time outdoors. Whether you're in town for work or leisure, this home provides a comfortable and convenient stay.

You're just minutes from Loop 101 and State Route 51, providing quick access to Scottsdale, Desert Ridge, downtown Phoenix, and the airport. Public transportation is also available nearby via Valley Metro bus routes. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily accessible, and ample parking makes it easy to use your own vehicle during your stay.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
