Room was clean, great layout. Staff helpful and friendly. Great kitchen in the room if you need one. Didn't like the free breakfast. No real tea (Lipton Is not tea). No yogurt or fruit. Scrambled runny eggs only, many empty containers, so maybe bring your own oatmeal and hard boiled eggs so you can have a good breakfast in your room.

I found empty beer cans under the bed. the breakfast was powdered egg and rehydrated meat, even the bagels were gross looking. There are families living there so get there early if you want a yogurt. I liked the room except for the beer cans, but being around people that live there and sending there kids off to school is kinda trashy. Also, it's not in the best part of town. I had to extend my stay and chose a different hotel.

Our stay was not a good one. The toilet leaked and did not flush, we told the lady at the front and she said it would be fixed but stopped working again the next day. Our room reaked of cigarette smoke, when I called the front desk just for the guy to note it, the guy answered quickly said we dont have any other rooms. I didnt even want to switch rooms just wanted it to be noted. They put a large fan in our room and we bought scented candles but nothing helped. We just got home and all our clothes and luggage smell like cigarette smoke. On top of that we felt so uncomfortable in the room, we went to Walmart and bought towels, bathroom rug, and shower mat for bathroom. We didnt want to touch the floor. The room was dirty and the outside area was even worse. Our neighbors dog barked and a couple people that live there permanently were fighting right outside our room about the dog at 11pm last night. If you have no other choice but to stay here then do it. But I highly recommend NOT staying here. I wish I would have researched this place before booking here.

I have stayed at this property many times over the years as I travel to Tempe for business a few times each year. The property is declining. For the first time, my room smelled like it was the designated smoking room for the entire property. It was really horrible. Everything in my suitcase now smells like stale cigarette smoke. I was told when I checked in that if there was evidence of smoking in the room, I would be charged $25. Really? And how effective has that been? Why don't you charge $250 then people might take you seriously.

The bed was lumpy and hard to sleep on. Breakfast was bad they ran out of eggs and only said tomorrow will have eggs, the tortillas were cold, the coffee was good. The lady there seems like she was mad (kitchen lady) and even another client told her if she was offended when asked about if they were bringing out more eggs. They never said anything to anyone about the eggs and we were waiting until someone asked. So there was cold tortillas, over cooked bacon and potatoes. Finally they brought out silver size pancakes but very little for the amount of people waiting.
