While the house has multiple options for making coffee, a coffee shop is always a nice option. There is a Starbucks a half mile away (a nice stroll), and Echo Coffee just over half a mile away.
There are several grocery stores to choose from, just minutes from the home. "Fill the fridge" service available through Scottsdale Bachelorette. Grocery delivery available Albertson's, Walmart Superstore Pima location, Amazon grocery.



ARE THERE BIKE TRAILS NEARBY?


The home is .5 miles (a 3-minute bike ride) from access to the Arizona Canal Trail (corner of N 68th St. and Indian School Road). You can cycle in either direction from there.
Bike trails at Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt are 1.5 miles (a 9 minute bike ride) away

Your safety and privacy are important to us. All in-unit devices are non-visual There are NO cameras or recording devices inside of the home. Cameras are in place on the front door Ring doorbell, and in the Patio area monitoring the pool equipment.
