When you enter the front room you’ll immediately notice the ample lighting and good vibe of this home from many years of positive energy imbued into the space. The front room is loaded with dozens of board games and an array of fitness equipment plus 3 TVs for streaming your favorite shows. There is also a folding solid wood dining table which expands to seat 8 persons if desired. You’ll see a large sliding barn door that closes off the front room from the main room so you can exercises, game or dine in private. Through the barn door is the main room that leads to the large kitchen which overlooks the main room facing the pool and outdoor dining area. When entering the main room relax on your the cozy Love-sac or pottery barn sofa. All other entertainment apps are also accessible on the Roku TV and Google TVs. The main room windows overlook the pool area and if you brought Fido with you, your fur friend will enjoy the doggy door that exits to the backyard/pool area. There is plenty of space for Fido to explore, run around or do their business. Feeling like a home cooked meal? You’ll love doing food prep on the luxurious granit countertops and new LG appliances that set the stage for just about any cooking or baking amenity you can imagine tucked inside the farmhouse style cabinets. some of the options include 3 sizes of Cast Iron skillets and a large set of stainless steel pots and pans for the health conscious as well as non-stick option, VitaMix blender, Omega juicer, Kitchen aid mixer, Air Fryer, Collander, Henkel knife set, cake and pie pans, ice-cream maker, endless mixing bowl and food storage options, digital kitchen scale and thermometer, candy molds, cookie cutters, wooden cutting boards and best of all a spice rack with over 40 spices and seasonings provided complimentary to guests to save you time and money. The bed transforms to a king and can be set up for you by housekeeping with at least 3 days advance notice. The second guest room is equipped with its own Roku TV a large adjustable height to standing desk and queen bed.
