Enjoy this beautiful single-level home, with private pool, located on a quiet cul-de-sac in an award winning master planned community.

BACKYARD - Your backyard oasis includes a private pool, a large covered patio, another open patio adjoining the pool, plenty of seating and table space, a natural gas barbeque, and even your own lemon tree.

BEAUTIFUL HOME - This spacious 1750 sq. ft. single-level home includes all new furnishings and has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 10' ceilings throughout. The oversize master suite overlooks the pool and features a King bed, 32' flat-screen TV (with cable), a garden door to the covered patio, and an ensuite with soaker tub, separate shower, large walk-in closet, and double sink vanity. The 2nd bedroom comes with a Queen bed and is located just across the hall from the 2nd bathroom which also has a double sink vanity and bathtub/shower combo. Located between these rooms, the 3rd bedroom has full-size bunk beds. All rooms feature ceiling fans.


In the evenings relax in the great room that features an oversized sectional couch arrangement with plenty of seating space, a 55' LED HDTV, blue-ray/DVD player, remote controlled ceiling fan, and natural gas fireplace. The dining area includes a large solid wood table with seating for 10 and opens out to the covered patio.

The full sized, fully equipped kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stone backsplash, pantry, and an eat-in breakfast nook.

Park your cars out of the heat in the attached double garage complete with automatic door opener and remote.

COMMUNITY - When you venture out of your home you can enjoy the many amenities of the award winning Power Ranch community. Just steps from your front door are 26 miles of walking/biking trails along the greenbelts that link the neighbourhood parks. You are just a short walk from a 7.5-acre Community Park that offers outdoor activities for the whole family. Enjoy the picturesque 2.2-acre catch & release fishing lake with wooden pier and lakeside trail, splash fountain, 25-meter lap swimming pool, and shallow play pool. Perfect Getaway

We loved staying in this gorgeous home - there was plenty of room inside and outside for relaxing and having fun. Lots of amenities and super close to stores, restaurants, and public pickleball courts!

Great location.

The house was very clean and an outstanding place to stay in. The pool was a great place to just relax at. Very convenient location for our stay in Arizona. We were able to find things to do in the area with ease and we were able to get around the city with ease.

Even nicer than the pictures!

Great house and pool. Very clean house and comfortable beds. Gas BBQ so no worries about running out of propane while grilling steaks and enjoying a beautiful backyard by the pool. 10 min to pretty much anything you need. Community parks and pool are also very nice. Beautiful Neighborhood and very quiet. Cable was great so us Canadians could watch NHL playoffs. Would book again for sure!

Wonderful place to stay

We had a great stay here! The home is beautiful and inviting, the pictures do not do it justice. Very comfortable home. The pool area was private and beautiful with flowering bushes and a lemon tree! The pool itself was not heated, but we expected that. It warmed up a little more from the sun every day we were there, and ended up feeling very refreshing. The neighborhood was so nice with lots of walking paths and pretty landscaping. It was quiet and upscale. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Very comfortable, clean, well maintained. Great location, felt safe and enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Convenient location for hiking... SanTan, East Valley (Usery, Lost Dutchman etc), South Mountain all roughly half hour away. Enjoyed downtown Gilbert and the Farmer's Market, and downtown Chandler as well. Beautiful back yard and pool area. Thanks for sharing your home!

Prefect relaxing!

Went in April. The neighborhood was Nice and very very quiet. The pool was amazing. The weather was great. House and yard had everything we needed or wanted. Nice to park in a garage every night. Plenty of seating in and outside if you have a larger group. Liked open space in kitchen/dining/living room. Safe place to go on walks tons of parks in neighborhood. Traffic around the area was mild, easy to get to the grocery store, eating and shopping. Host and property manager quick to respond to questions.

Wonderful place

Very nice house, great neighborhood, good proximity to phoenix and surrounding locations of interest. Nice en suite, and a full bedroom and full/twin bedroom share a nice hall bath. Excellent property management. All around nice experience.

Really great property

Stayed with Friends who had never been to Arizona before. It is an excellent location for tourists. Quiet yet accessible to all routes The property exceeded our expectations and like our friends we were really impressed! The property is well supplied with all the necessities. Lots of cooking equipment and crockery etc. A really great stay and we would not hesitate to book again if our travels bring us back to Arizona.

Just like home

Great location and comfy fully equipped digs! This house has everything you need to make a full Thanksgiving dinner down to the servingware potato masher and large serving dishes - better equipped than our own home! Beds are comfy and the layout of the home is very spacious. Our kids enjoyed the open space across the street for throwing the frisbee and pool floaties. We Highly recommend Derek and Rhonda’s home.

We had a soccer camp for a week and booked the house instead of a hotel. We were so happy about our choice. The house, amenities and neighborhood was so nice and safe for my kids. We would use the house again, thank you!

Family trip

Came to AZ for a few day’s to see family. The house was great, perfect size for our family. Derek the host was great answering questions before and during our visit. Next time we are in AZ we will definitely book this house again. Hopefully it will be warmer months so we can use the pool

Vacation

Overall, our experience with the property was great. We made use of the backyard pool as well as the satellite community pools. The location felt safe and secure. Check in was easy and everything was laid out from garbage days to the wifi and tv instructions. Lots of shopping close by and easy access to the highway, also just about 35 minutes to the Sky Harbour airport.
