DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Paradise Valley - Scottsdale
The pools were nice but not as clean as I would have hoped. Maintenance maintained shrubs and trees around the pools and then blew the cut ups with a high-powered air blower, some of which ended up on and in the water but that was never cleaned within the 5 days we spent. The McCormick Scottsdale
The staff was excellent. Wendell was especially helpful and courteous. The lakeside-view room was great. We will definitely return there. Only suggestion we would have is for you to provide complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby area for guests.
