"The hotel had a very inviting environment. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms are a bit outdated, a few things were falling apart, while I was bathing on my second day, the extractor fan in the bathroom popped which took out the power in the whole room however it was quickly resolved. "Room clean and comfy. Food was very good. Sitting by the pool was very relaxing. There was a problem with the pool and out of use but the staff were very helpful and cleaned the pool which enabled us to use."

"The room was clean, the bed comfy.The room was not expensive. The staff did not seem friendly and the service was grudging. This is apart from the manager who was very friendly. The food at the bar was average, the chips were cold and hard. It is not possible to sit out by the pool as we hoped as the metal lounge chairs were old and covered in dirt and leaves. The few cushions were dirty and damp."

Shower kept backing up so drainage issues 7. 1 plugpoint 8.Cup for coffee had non existent handle hold, even my pinky couldnt fit into gap 9. Overall play area was neglected( for years) 10. Reception didnt answer the 3 times we called, but eventually WA worked 11. Mostt of the rooms on our block connect onto a large awning, so no views Overall , NOT the best stay"

The customer service exceeded all expectations every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring I felt welcome and well cared for throughout my visit. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, the buffet setup and layout was fantastic The meal was breathtakingly delicious. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s evident that the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. What truly set this experience apart was the remarkable staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, every individual demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Their attentiveness and kindness elevated my stay and left a lasting impression. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a seamless, enjoyable experience with exceptional service.
