"We booked a room in the Level category, which is a bit pricier, but worth it. Benefits for Level guests include early check in and late check out, lounge access for unlimited non alcoholic drinks and cookies, daily happy hour from 1430 to 1730 with unlimited alcoholic drinks and small plate food, laundry service for 2 items per night. We took advantage of all the above which made our stay feel VIP. There were other benefits that we did not use. Our room was clean and comfortable and being on the 29th floor provided a fantastic view of the city. Staff was extremely attentive from check in until check out. Breakfast was included with our room and was a fabulous spread of local Vietnamese and western cuisine. The concierge booked us a wonderful private driver for the day to visit the local sites. Overall an outstanding experience and we'd stay here again. "

"The Indochine truly gave a palace experience. Included breakfast was excellent, facilities were pristine and the room (ours was on the 13 floor) was amazing, complete with balcony, living room and live orchids. The location was an easy 15 to 20 minute walk to the area with lots of restaurants and bars and of course Grab always delivered a car within minutes. Highly recommend!"

"Our room was large, clean and comfortable with a lovely private balcony. We didn’t use all of the many amenities but did dip our feet in the perfectly temperate pool, and enjoyed a night cap in the rooftop bar. The staff were kind and accommodating, including arranging an excellent private driver (Peter) to drive us to Danang via the Hai Van Pass. I’d stay here again."

"Staff are excellent and service in restaurants very good. 3 bed villa was excellent but outside surfaces ( decking) beep cleaning as covered in smog/ residue which then gets into the villa on your feet. This is a good resort and well worth a short break on the beach "

"Wonderful, newly built hotel. Sparkly clean with the best staff: helpful and never without a smile; went out of their way to accommodate guests. Really enjoyed the pool and sauna there as well. Would be nice to have a better pillow selection though, I have neck pain and cần only sleep on very thin pillows while their pillow were way too thick for me. They did manage to bring me more suitable ones but they seemed to be spa pillows with leatherette covers, not proper to sleep on. Despite that little hiccup, everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely come back."
