Excellent, gave us a cheap upgrade because of all the stairs I could not climb. Have some snacks and welcome drinks and a free hotel shuttle to airport. Swimming pool is good and breakfast as well, room very spacios, shower very nice, but please keep doors and windows close as there are a lot of mosquitos. Had a wonderful stay!

We stayed here with our 5 month old and really enjoyed our stay. Its in a good location. Lovely views from the pool and beach area. Good breakfast selection. Rooms could do with a little update but overally very clean and had everything we needed

Lovely stay on the beach

Small hotel with a garden on the beach. Aeay from traffic and noicy bars, but you reach a number of restaurants and cafes in ten minutes walk. The breakfast buffet is delicious and fresh with nice coffee (and cheese and a variety of bread). Discreet cleaning and helpful staff. Beach chairs in the shadow under palms or in the sunshine. You choose. If you are lucky, the fellow guests are quiet - if not, well that's how it can be ;-) We loved this place for a relaxed beach holiday. If you are lucky, there will be beautiful sunsets too.

This is an older resort but great value for money. Restaurant manager Xuan was fab and a great host. Food both at breakfast and night means were delicious. Bungalow room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Pool was great. There is a free bus outside the gate to take you around the island. Overall loved it and we will be back 💗

Little slice of paradise

We kicked off our honeymoon with a 4 night stay here. Beach front access, pool, lovely restaurant and bar on site, incredibly friendly staff - made this wonderful. We had booked an executive bungalow and it did not disappoint, and we loved the outdoor shower and small patio. Easy to get Grab taxis and local restaurants/shops in walking distance as well. A perfect stay on Phu Quoc Island and start of our honeymoon.

The staff & property were very good. Property fabulous location, close to airport, private beach & good selection of restaurants outside property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed of the amount that I had to pay for late checkout. Our flight was at 5.30pm & requested checkout at 3.30 which was provided but with a cost of $1,375,000 VDN which equates to just over A$$80. This l felt to be excessive for an extra 2 hours when checkout time was 1pm. Overall a fantastic property to relax just a shame of the late checkout fee.

Room was nice, good aircon, clean, nice outdoor shower but in order to get there you have to cross the room so half the sand ends up on the floor. A bit dark the room and the TV far from the bed. Also no access to Netflix. Breakfast nice, restaurant okay. Sun loungers (have seen better days)wood made and the foamy topper is very thin therefore not comfortable in the long run 😕 On a small private beach, the loungers a bit close to one another but nice. The best is the actual resort with small bungalows and lush vegetation well manicured.

A nice and calm place

It was very good! A calm and nice place. The only thing was that the staff don’t speak so good English, so it can be hard to communicate, but they are very friendly. The breakfast was very good, but for us that like late breakfast things could be finished. they don’t refilled sometimes, (maybe they were understaffed) so I needed to tell them that things were missing, and of course they filled it up then. Nice pool and area.

"We selected this hotel as it had a similar look/feel online as a place we treasure on another island. The view from the pool wa magnificent and it was a lovely place to hang out. This was more like that place was before it was tidied up and was a bit shabby and ripe for some TLC. Nothing dreadfully wrong but does need a significant refresh. There are areas of the decking and paving around the pool that move (when I am sure they are not meant to!) and tiles from the pool lining missing. The room was a good size, I do think some things get lost in translation and took 3 requests and 2 days to get the requested extra pillow (generally need replacing as some have some quite nasty stains) and 2 days for housekeeping to take the cup of coffee and beer glass from our balcony. The attention to detail not quite there, When they finally did clean they took our rubber door stopper we were using for security and also to stop the door rattling in the wind LOL :-))) Bathroom looks like there was a leak in the ceiling - grout is nasty and needs redoing - ditto silicon. Shower very old and needs replacing - once in, between the tapware and the door handle there is not much space to move without banging into either. The huge bath that takes up 1/2 the bathroom is unnecessary - especially when the water take 2-3 minutes to warm and then only runs hot for 30-45 seconds before reverting to luke warm at best. While that was ok for the shower given the hot weather, not the temperature of

We booked the private villa with private pool, however our pool and the public beach is actually only separated by a fence, other hotel guest keep walking around right in front of the private pool and they can see the whole view of our outdoor area. This is not what we expected with the price that we paid for a private villa.

The property was perfect. Smaller with mostly bungalows and not a high rise building. Beach is perfect and the proximity to everything worked for our trip. The ocean in front of the property is impeccable- the beach has no rocks no sticks no garbage and you can walk out a long way before it gets deep. To the management- the late night partying by some of the Slavic guests got old really fast. Most hotels shut that down at 10pm.
