The place is so quiet and peaceful. It has a really nice pool. The staff is amazing too. If you text for room service the guy responds back faster then I can physically type. You have to try the pork ribs they are the best I have ever had.

Amazing hotel

The property was brand new and beautifully designed. They picked us up from the airport in a new van and gave us cold water to drink on our way to the resort. This was included in the stay price, a nice addition. We rented a motorcycle from the front desk, it was delivered to the hotel 15 minutes later! Free delicious breakfast was included also. The prices of the menu for lunch and dinner were reasonably priced as well. The custom artwork in the bathroom is a nice personal touch. The grounds...

Staffs very nice and friendly. Everything else is good and I would come back again in the future for sure

Dat and his staff were super helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. The breakfast choices were decent; the noodles or sandwiches were deliciously prepared which includes a juice or Vietnamese coffee at a reasonably price. The hotel is located away from the busy street and venues and was well insulated for a good sleep. Our room was clean, nicely decorated with a sunset/partial ocean view.

Great resort. I stayed here for 2 days in October. It was slow season so there were not many tourists. The property was very big. Lots of space. I gave it 5 stars but there are some things I would have liked to know before. One, if you get the partial sea view room, the hotel is set up that all rooms and balconies face each other. You will be staring at the people across from you. And everyone smokes on their balconies so the airflow will come into your room if you have the door open. Two, the...

We had a great stay at Green Bay Phu Quoc. It was amazingly clean, quiet, peaceful and secluded with a nice beach and beautiful bungalows and facilities. And everything smelled SO GOOD there. It was a perfect place to rest, relax and get away. The food at both of the onsite restaurants was amazing as well, I had the glass noodles with crab three times because I loved it so much. I would definitely go back to Green Bay.

Great hotel that’s on the beach & centrally located . Very clean rooms with 3 pools and wonderful staffs especially Thy .

Good, clean, well maintained, nice mountain surroundings

The JW is enchanting from the moment you sit in the dramatic reception/ lobby and enjoy the cold towel and iced ginger tea. Tran was extremely gracious and helpful at both check in and check out. Everyone at the resort is clearly dedicated to ensuring that you have a memorable experience - their attentiveness and kindness is evident in every detail. From the lovely staff who left me folded towels shaped into animals with kind handwritten notes each day, to those who remember faces and names and...

I really like this La Veranda hotel. My first impression of this place was the staff were very nice, friendly, and courteous. The second impression is the beautiful and well thought out design of the rooms. I can tell that the designers and staff had put a lot of thought into every small detail that was very much appreciated. For instance, there was an umbrella available for use by guests at every room as well as flip flops, bathrobes, and free fruits just to name a few. I particularly love the...

Very clean very modern. I like the design of the property.

The Peppercorn Beach Resort is a bit of HEVEN. It is located on a secluded part of the Island right on the beach. You open up your beach bungalow and step into the white sands of the beach. It was like your own private Gillian’s Island. The staff was superb they tended to your every need. My daughter and I were there for 10 days for pure relaxation. We snorkel, and kayaked in the warm ocean waters at the resort. They arranged a scoter for us and we drove all over the island. The owner Lyn and...

We so enjoyed our stay there and will return on next trip. The thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Staff are very helpful.

Excellent location! Staffs were very friendly and helpful! Amazing buffet breakfast! We would come back again!

We stayed here for 2 nights and this place has fantastic service! We rented motorbikes from them and upon landing back in Ho Chi Minh realized we had forgotten my fiancés expensive sunglasses in the motorbike side pocket. We contacted the hotel and they went and found them, still in the motorbike. We were leaving back to the US early he next day so we only had that day to get them. The hotel helped us ship them to our hotel in Ho Chi Minh that same day. We called them in the morning and by late...

Wonderful stay. Staff was quite helpful and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Location was peaceful with restaurant next to the beach.
