"One of the nicest properties stayed in Vietnam. The main pool is absolutely gorgeous. Incredible onsite spa. Rooms were very spacious and luckily we were upgraded. The guest services staff also went above and beyond to sort us out (and created a WhatsApp group). They ensured our reservations were managed, gave us a room upgrade and let us use the villa pool area when the main pool got too loud. Would love to come back and relax in Hue here. Hotel has 3 restaurants and we try all 3, our favourite 1 Moomba, we also used the spa the lady that attended to me done a good job on my back, very nice and relaxing, we had a great times at ANGSANA Hotel and Resorts, thanks to the staff MY at Moomba restaurant he has a great personality and service makes us happy, also thanks to My staff at the reception desk, she helped us to organise our trip to the golden bridge, French village and few other places, in general all the staff were very pleasant, we highly recommend Angsana to anyone, we will definitely stay here again in future."
