"We had an amazing time here at best western. We were upgraded to a semi detached bungalow room number 5111. The staff were amazing and we ate one night at the sea front restaurant and the food was delicious. It was beautiful and very close to the beach. I was happy to be close to our room from the beach as the toilet facilities where we rented sun beds were probably the worst I’ve seen, that was nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel was spotless with fantastic facilities. The beach was beautiful a lot cleaner than previous reviews. We rented sun beds to the right off beach just as you go onto beach. They cost 200 bhat for 2. We would definitely recommend this hotel "

"Room was in average condition, and very warm. AC units struggled to keep it cool and it was only spring.Apartment needs to be updated as it looks aged. Beds were comfortable. Sitting room furniture is very outdated and so is the large window in the master bedroom that looks into the bathroom. Location is good with food and shopping within a 10-15 minute walk."

"Stinks very bad like sewage. The jacuzzi was not cleaned. The tile grouts are filled with mold throughout the entire suite. The fake wood on the floors are warped. No hand soap. Poor quality of toilet paper. Half stove top works. Vent does not work and also not properly installed. None of the faucets are secured in the bathrooms. Do not book. False advertisement."
