"The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. Basti considerare che nonostante la tariffa della camera sia molto alta, si paga l’accesso alla piscina. Inoltre manca internet e la pulizia dell’abitazione è ogni 4 giorni. Infine assurdi i prezzi del bar: 16 euro per un pane cunzato minuscolo. In conclusione posto dalle grandi potenzialità. Serve una gestione più attenta. "

"Un vrai paradis. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’hôtel Enrica. J’aimerais mentionner l’accueil et le service offert par le personnel, la chambre spacieuse avec un magnifique balcon donnant sur la piscine et la vue magnifique la baie. Aussi, nous avons été agréablement surpris par qualité et la variété au déjeuner buffet. Ai-je dit que la piscine était magnifique? J’aurais aimé y séjourner plus longtemps. Je recommande sans hésiter."

"The hotel is a 10 minute bus ride away from Lipari. We had a free ride organised by the hotel to and from the ferry which was great. There is a supermarket close by and the room is spacious with the benefit of gas hobs. Very nice view from the hotel and plenty of places to eat along the seafront. Really peaceful and a great place to recharge. The island is beautiful and a three island trip is recommended. WiFi was ok around the reception area. Breakfast was good as well. Staff were really helpful."

"Stunning property with incredible architecture and location on cliff side next to see and overlooking the town. Wonderful staff and owner that offered to drive me to the ferry when the taxi was not showing up on time. Good menu for dinner. Great breakfast and unbeatable setting. The only problem was that although they say to preserve water, it takes 10-15 minutes for the water in the shower to get warm. Investing in a new water heating system should be top priority. Even so, I would love to stay there again."
