"Our stay at Susanna and Fabrizio's villa was absolutely fabulous. The villa is very spacious and there is one bathroom for each bedroom which is a luxury when it comes to rental units. The yard is filled with beautiful trees, plants and flowers, and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake. One night, Susanna made an amazing Tuscan dinner for us right in the villa. It was probably our favorite meal during our 10 day stay. The town of Lucignano is also very historic, beautiful and peaceful. There are several quality restaurants and a great cafe located just outside the wall that is open from morning to midnight most days. We hope to be back some day!"

"The villa was beautiful… we enjoyed the hilltop views and sunsets, walks through the vineyards on the road to the nearby winery, all of the lovely places on the property to sit and relax…especially the patio and fire pit in the evenings, the pool during the day… the historic charm and character of the property balanced with all the modern conveniences and comforts. Paolo the property manager was super helpful booking a chef for a few evenings and day trips to nearby towns and wineries. He always was quick to respond, answered all of our questions and made it all so easy and trouble free. Stefano was our contact at the property and always replied immediately if we needed anything… super lovely, he also handled our transport to the local towns and wineries. We loved our stay. "

"Perfect for a couple. The villa is beautiful and on large grounds. We used the pool every day. Very close to other towns, restaurants, etc, but a car is recommended. "

"Loved this place just driving thru Tuscan countryside to get there! Large house perfect for group. Has everything you need. Great restaurants in Lucignano. Lucignano is great walking walled town. Very quiet & beautiful! You’re 30-40 minutes from Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano. Close to great hiking, biking & great wineries, I didn’t want to leave! Hostess was very friendly & helpful & even helped us with reservations. Any say enough good things about it!!"
