"Our stay at Susanna and Fabrizio's villa was absolutely fabulous. The villa is very spacious and there is one bathroom for each bedroom which is a luxury when it comes to rental units. The yard is filled with beautiful trees, plants and flowers, and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake. One night, Susanna made an amazing Tuscan dinner for us right in the villa. It was probably our favorite meal during our 10 day stay. The town of Lucignano is also very historic, beautiful and peaceful. There are several quality restaurants and a great cafe located just outside the wall that is open from morning to midnight most days. We hope to be back some day!"

"The property was stunning! Anna, the host met us there and oriented us to the house. We spent 4 nights and had a blast. We were a group of 10, the house was plenty big enough for all of us. The kids loved the pool. Sinalunga was closer than we thought. Took about 7-8 mins to go there so it wasn’t far to grab groceries. Make sure you bring bug spray the mosquitos were very friendly with us. The only suggestion I would make for Anna is to purchase a Nespresso machine. I love coffee and being able to purchase pods at the store would be great instead of figuring out the coffee machine and what grounds to buy. We had a great trip and definitely recommend it! "

"Perfect for a couple. The villa is beautiful and on large grounds. We used the pool every day. Very close to other towns, restaurants, etc, but a car is recommended. "

"Loved this place just driving thru Tuscan countryside to get there! Large house perfect for group. Has everything you need. Great restaurants in Lucignano. Lucignano is great walking walled town. Very quiet & beautiful! You’re 30-40 minutes from Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano. Close to great hiking, biking & great wineries, I didn’t want to leave! Hostess was very friendly & helpful & even helped us with reservations. Any say enough good things about it!!"
