Hu Venezia Camping in Town

"Awesome place to stay! They have 24-hr security so you can check in at any time after midnight. They have frequent shuttles (you have to book in advance 2.5 € per person) to Venice — People mover station Marttima (Marine) — it’s a 10 min walk to Piazzale Roma or 1 stop by people mover – which is included in the daily vaporetto travel pass if you got one. Honestly, the room has everything you’ll need, including a little patio, a fridge etc and it’s completely private. And the price is unbeatable. In Venice a tiny room in a dodgy share house will cost you 4 times more. If you’re arriving after midnight you’ll probably need to take a taxi from the airport or take a bus to Mestre and walk from there (around 35 min). We’ll definitely stay again next time."

"We have now stayed here 3 times. It’s a lovely hotel, not too big. Always, clean, quiet rooms with comfy beds and fresh towels and tidied room each day. Breakfast staff are very friendly. It’s your classic: bread, pastries, yogurts, fresh fruit, cakes, ham and cheese toasted pannis, walnuts, jams, cereal, boiled eggs to order and a toaster, with jam. Fresh coffee is offered, fruit juices and milk. Number 6 or 6l bus takes you into Venice around the corner. There is an amazing ice cream parlour at the top of the road and a great Italian restaurant a walk away called Al Calesse. To round up: it’s a great hotel, would highly recommend."
