"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

"Three of us stayed in Cord's apartment for a week in Peroj. The apartment was in a wonderful location, not only for the view but also for the perfect central hub to see all in the Istrian peninsula that we wanted to see. Having the washer in the unit was a much appreciated amenity along with a well appointed kitchen. "It’s a very small apartment. It’s like a hotel room with a small kitchen in the hallway. Perfect if you’re not going to spend a lot of time there and if you need a place to sleep overnight. Finding where to park in the evening is hard, you’d probably have to go around and find something near on the street. The boiler for the hot water was turned off when we came, so we had to take cold shower. I believe someone turned it off during cleaning by mistake. But we survived. The shower is a mess, as...
