Gute Unterkunft, aber mit SchwÀchen

Pro: - OutdoorkĂŒche direkt am Pool inkl. SpĂŒlmaschine und gr. KĂŒhlschrank - Separates WC inkl Dusche am Pool - Großer sauberer Pool - Genug Schatten im Sommer draußen Contra: - Eigentlich nur ein Badezimmer im EG, dass Badezimmer im OG kaum nutzbar, nur zum ZĂ€hneputzen und ggf. Toilette. - Klimaanlagen unglĂŒcklich positioniert, bekommen die Etagen bzw. Schlafzimmer nicht gut runtergekĂŒhlt. - Insgesamt alles schon Ă€lter mit Investitionsstau. - Betten teils super unbequem

DuĆŒy dom, bardzo dobrze wyposaĆŒony. Zadaszone miejsce przy basenie ƛwietnie sƂuĆŒy spędzaniu tam czasu. WƂaƛciwie dom mĂłgƂby sƂuĆŒyć tylko do spania. NiektĂłre sprzęty nie są w najlepszej kondycji ale nie zmienia to faktu, ĆŒe to miejsce warte polecenia. Ɓazienka na gĂłrze maƂo wygodna przez skosy. Za to wygodna Ƃazienka przy basenie. Dom poƂoĆŒony w mniej odwiedzanej częƛci Istrii, znacznie bardziej gĂłrzystej a przez to bardzo ciekawej.

Es gab zu wenig StĂŒhle. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss war gut nutzbar, das im OG war nicht in Stehhöhe. Zu viele unbrauchbare Töpfe in der KĂŒche. Nicht abgeschlossene GelĂ€nde, sehr stark befahrene Straße!

Sehr freundliche Hausmeister, kein abgeschlossenes GelĂ€nde fĂŒr kleinere Kinder. Leider nur ein funktionales Bad. Zweites Ferienhaus im angrenzenden GrundstĂŒck, dadurch etwas lauter.

Ganz OK

Das Haus ist prinzipiell i.O. und sauber. Allerdings ist es im Dachgeschoss bedingt durch die DachschrÀgen sehr eng und das zweite Bad im Dachgeschoss ist nur zum Waschen und ZÀhneputzen geeignet. Zum Brötchen holen/ einkaufen benötigt man ein Auto.

Toller Pool

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft im großen und ganzen, sehr zufrieden. Das Haus hat alles was man im Alltag braucht. Es war sauber. Der Service vor Ort war super. Eine sehr liebe Frau, die sich dort kĂŒmmert. Allerdings wĂ€re es an der Zeit, die Möbel, vor allem die Betten zu erneuern. Im Obergeschoss ganz besonders. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Mehrere Möglichkeiten wo man sich aufhalten kann. Sprich Terrassen, mit tollem Ausblick. Super!
