"Antes de reservar deberían saber: -después de las 10 de la noche no hay ABSOLUTAMENTE NADIE en el hotel que te pueda ayudar a resolver si tienes un problema, ni en recepción, ni en garita, literalmente el hotel se queda solo, hasta las 8 am llega de nuevo el personal. Eso me parece un pésimo servicio y además peligroso. -las instalaciones del hotel están súper descuidadas. Le falta mucho mantenimiento, no es como lo muestran en la publicidad. -tener en cuenta que el hotel está a más de 40...

"This hotel is very clean. The staff were very nice and their service was great. Breakfast was delicious. The bad thing about this hotel is the location. Everything is very far from the hotel and you need to get a taxi or uber to get to the malecón or any local beach."

"La concha has one of the best views , i loved the beach that is right in front of the hotel, there is no waves , it’s like a big pool, water is so clean and sand is smooth , we had breakfast , it was delicious, the pool is not well maintained, and rooms are tiny , beds uncomfortable , bathroom are dirty,.. .. I loved the beach , it was the best part , food and drinks were great"
