"Excellent standard of family room, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Quick check in with a friendly staff member. Staff were brilliant when we had to evacuate the hotel late at night due to a suspected gas leak and a note of apology was posted under the door overnight with another apology from reception when we checked out. The hotel is in a great spot with parking right behind, also very close to Manchester Piccadilly station. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room i stayed was very nice and comfortable. I wish i could’ve stayed longer than a day, if i ever return to Manchester i will definitely consider staying at this hotel again. Thank you very much"
