"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didnât have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...

"Travelled with 2 adults and 2 kids. Got a double room. Lots of space, beautiful pool. Excellent chef! Unfortunately there was an issue with the plumbing and our toilet flooded twice. The hotel asks you to put your used toilet paper in the garbage -while gross this apparently is standard in Brazil. We did that the whole time yet it still flooded. Which was gross. The hotel was really good about it and moved us to another room but it was a major inconvenience. "
"This hotel is beautiful! our room was spacious, ocean view & poolside! It had a fridge, very good AC and a wonderful breakfast with made to order eggs! The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. They even helped us to get a taxi back to SĂŁo Paulo, which was a real challenge through normal channels. There are mosquitoes, as the grounds are very lush and green, so remember your bug spray. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! "
