Property is in a residential neighborhood about 15 minutes by bus to the main part of the city. We were able to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen has only salt and pepper so come prepared if you intend to cook, but there is a coffee maker and tea provided. Bed was comfy. Free washer and dryer in basement which was wonderful. There is no elevator.

Amazing place; would stay there again! Coffee machine and welcome drinks were a great touch. Breakfast was delicious and was easy to take to go. Clean, quiet, close to bus stops. Highly recommend.

It’s very clean and huge room. It’s a walking distance to everything. Staff members are very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and professional. We also received the guest mobility ticket in advance with instruction so we were able to use them throughout the trip. Laundry facility is available too. The room was neat and clean with improved bathroom.

Excellent hotel! Great location near the Salzburg city center. Not far from where tours leave from the Mirabell palace Staff super friendly and helpful. Nice rooms and located in a quiet area. Breakfast buffet with eggs to order also a treat. Restaurants are nearby as well as grocery store and pharmacy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room (apartment) was very well organized and clean. It worked well for our family of 5. Parking was easy, a block or so away. It was an easy walk to restaurants, Christmas markets in Old Town. Would gladly stay here again!

The apartment is well maintained and contains all the facilities needed. They also provided ground coffee, tea, salt and pepper, oil, dishwasher tablets and more which is a big advantage compared to other apartments. They have a short term parking next to the apartment which is useful while the main parking lot is located within 5 min. walk.

We as a family of 4 were perfectly satisfied and enjoyed our stay. Perfect location away from the madness of Salzburg proper. Check in was a breeze. Check out was a breeze. Just follow the instructions. The only issue was parking. No real info so I figured it out myself. Around the corner is a garage. €10 per day, but if you to the garage office you can get a discount for multiple days. We would definitely stay here again
