"Very comfy beds, lovely room, staff super friendly, nice food & drinks. Next to that beach and 2 nice pools The checkin was awful, we waited 1.5hrs and after 12hrs of traveling that was really frustrating and disappointing. The gym was somewhat in need of machines and equipment. Despite that we got to enjoy our 3 day stop"

"Its great location and beautiful hotel. We loved the adult pool, although it can get very crowded and there are not enough chairs for everyone. We had to wait for someone to leave to get a chair the first day. 2nd day we went earlier to ensure we got a chair. Staff in the buffet dining area were very rude to us and the food was not that great. Also ate at the seafood restaurant for dinner. Was not freshly cooked and was way overcooked and dry. Will probably come back to the hotel, but will...
