"This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The room was absolutely filthy. The toilet had human feces from previous guests. All the towels and bed sheets were stained with unknown substances. On top of that, we found multiple bugs in the bed and sofa. We had booked a 3-night stay but couldn't even last a few hours.
