"I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. While the overall stay was pleasant, I found that the customer service could have been better. Several amenities that were promised as part of the package, such as breakfast and an airport shuttle, were not provided. Additionally, the pool area is in need of maintenance. I believe honest reviews are important to help future guests make informed decisions and to improve the quality of service. I hope this feedback is helpful and that these issues can be addressed to enhance the guest experience."

"Location was quiet as it was at the end of the road by the reserve, we stayed from a Wednesday to Saturday, staff were nice, our room was a little cramped for 4. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. "

"If you have young kids and want to explore nature without crowds this is the best place. There is swimming in the creek with a water slide. Pool with a water slide and hot springs. The nature tour was so good and we saw so much wildlife at our hotel for free! Very relaxed vibe and we felt like the only guests. It’s a 25 min drive from La Fortuna but honestly so worth it. Definitely one of my favorite hotels we have ever stayed at."

"Super cute inn. This place was fantastic. We loved the breakfast - fresh fruit and made to order breakfast. The common area was lovely and allowed our family to play games and hang out in the evenings. We even used the kitchen one night to cook dinner and this was a great option. The staff were super helpful and friendly. "

"Amazing family stay at Junglo Resort! The kids loved being surrounded by nature, and the bungalows were clean, safe, and comfortable. Staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. Keep up the good work guys! "Our needs were very well met. The pool activities were great fun. i enjoyed the Salsa and Merengue dance class with Ashley and Gustavo and the pool water aerobics classes were great fun. Lulu and others were great instructors. I am on some medicine that needs refrigeration, and the staff brought me a medical refrigerator so I could get my medicine during the stay. They went above and beyond to take care of us. The nightly dance shows are stupendous! We couldn't catch all the comedy dialogue in Spanish, but it was fun anyway, and the dancers and splendid costumes were amazing. "

"This is a beautiful and very thoughtful hotel in Monteverde. The rooms are well laid out and each has an incredible view of the Nicoya Peninsula in the distance. The balcony was amazing. The vibe of the hotel, its property and the area in general are very relaxing and peaceful. The staff are incredible and make the place so inviting. Breakfasts are included and delicious. We had all three of our dinners at the hotel and were pleased with the taste and variety. The jacuzzi is delightful. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an upscale but not overly expensive (that's all relative today) stay in Monteverde."
