"It has been the best stay away from home so far, me and my husband stayed in the 'lily langtree suite' it was amazing, just what we needed. The hotel was gorgeous, the staff were all so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you, and the food in the restaurant was totally delicious. We would go back to stay there anytime."

"Easy to find being right on the dock side. With on site parking we were able to park up and leave the car until ready to depart 2 days later. Check in was smooth and easy. The staff were all friendly and helpful, pointing out points of interest and providing directions when needed. All the staff were great but in particular John the doorman was always ready for a chat with a smile. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable with good amenities. We made use of the pool and steam room to help us relax. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but we thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a varied selection available, all freshly made, none of it being left to stand but rather being readily replenished as needed. Although the hotel was on the docks next to a main thoroughfare and there was a huge concert going on the room was remarkably quiet. As mentioned the hotel was on the docks so there was plenty to see and do within walking distance. For Beatles fans the Cavern is easily reached but is very loud and crowded. We found a quieter less busy alternative in The Beatles story on Albert docks. Well worth a visit. Not to mention riding the ferry on the Mersey. All in all we had an enjoyable stay and recommend the Plaza for its location, staff and amenities. "
