Friendly helpful staff, lovely welcome on arrival, Standard room, very clean with everything we needed, bathroom clean and modern, huge shower, will definitely recommend and hopefully return one day. Also had a lovely steak meal in the Forge Restaurant, first review written for a long time without any negatives!

The hotel is easy walking distance to the train station and city centre. The hotel is well maintained. The Reception staff were very helpful especially Kurt providing useful information on Chester. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good every day we stayed. Roger was very organised in serving us the hot breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our two night stay at the Indigo in Chester very much. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room though a little short on storage and no useable bedside tables. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff pleasant and friendly and the services very good. We took our evening meals in the Forge Restaurant within the hotel where we enjoyed fine food efficiently served. A special thank you to Steph who took such good care of us. This a professionally run establishment which also has a human touch.

Very comfortable and clean. Walking distance to all the main sights in Chester. Validated parking (£12 per day) is about 8 min walk away, you’ll walk by an ancient Roman amphitheater and a beautiful church. Breakfast is tasty with good variety. Concierge very helpful. Would recommend!

Clean well laid out and comfortable room. Good sized fridge, lots of well placed sockets and a large bathroom made it an easy stay. We found easy parking nearby in public car parks. Helpful staff and we would stay there again.

Lovely hotel. Only stayed for one night. But staff were very helpful. Hotel was very well kept and clean. Rooms were lovely and very modern. Ate at the forge restaurant the night we stayed. Was lovely but I’d say it’s over priced for what it is. Breakfast was very nice in the morning and plenty of choice. Would stay again.

Lovely clean room, staff very friendly especially the chef at breakfast. Good choice of hot and cold breakfast options regularly topped up so everything is nice and fresh. 5 minute walk to tourist attractions, bars and restaurants however still in a quiet. Only tiny thing for me is that I like bread rolls and cheese slices with my breakfast and they only had sliced bread (brown and white) but that was a tiny point :)

The entire hotel was very clean. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. pleasant bar/lounge area. Parking, as with most Chester hotels is not on site, the only downside of our trip. Well located meaning you can visit most of the centre and the riverside, all within walking distance.
