"We reserved a lovely corner room. Everything was great in the room except a very slow draining bathroom sink (I told the staff & it was not looked into). We did not get housekeeping service for bed making or fresh towels. The restaurant staff was great. The morning coffee was wonderful."

"Stay was over all good and the hotel rooms are clean. I wasn’t happy with vacuuming the rooms next to me at 7:40 am. That is a bit early to be doing that."

Go up the elevator then walk to the other side. Recommend thinking about those who are injured. Room was not clean. There was trash in the coroner by our window. One of the bed sheets had a cigarette burn in it. The other had QUEEN written on it.. shower had hair all over it and black stuff on the wall."
