"The house was generally clean, tidy and as described.. The location was convenient as we were passing through and it was close to the main road. We stayed for one night so it’s difficult to leave a comprehensive review, but overall the stay was acceptable . Unfortunately we had no light in the bathroom because the fuse had been switched off due to a recent fault - this wasn’t mentioned upon arrival and, when queried, the host didn’t respond until much later in the evening, so we weren’t aware of the fact for several hours and had to use a torch! Some minor things to mention, as room for improvement and the difference between a good host and a great host: • Some decent pillows and the provision of toilet paper would be welcome. • As the accommodation is part of someone’s house, some clear instructions as to the guest part is necessary. • Faster response to questions/issues. The accommodation was chosen for its location and served a purpose, but we wouldn’t choose to stay again."

"Sylvie est très accueillante et elle est au petit soin pour ses hôtes. Le gîte est très confortable et joliment décoré. Le petit plus un extérieur pour profiter d'un moment de détente et d'un barbecue. Nous recommandons ce gîte qui à 20 m des commerces et le bus à un arrêt devant la maison, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Nous avons découvert les hautes Vosges et St Dié des Vosges est le lieu stratégie pour les randonnées et près de Gérardmer et de l'Alsace. Nous reviendrons dans votre belle région. Annie et Jean-Charles"

"Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Der Pool, die Tiere, die wunderbar ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur. Ein Urlaubsparadies! Die andauernde Hitze war kein Problem dank Klimanlagen in Wohn- und Schlafbereichen. Es fehlte an gar nichts. Vielen vielen Dank liebe Tiphaine für den herzlichen Empfang, die guten Tipps und vor allem, dass wir alle eure kleinen und großen tierischen Mitbewohner kennenlernen durften! Das war für die Kinder das absolute Highlight! Liebe Grüße!"
