Besoin d’une rénovation

Je voyage souvent avec Ibis budget ou les autres. Je suis même membre de All Accor. La chambre que j’ai eu hier est désuète. La douche donne un air suspect de propreté de par l’état. Il y avait aussi une forte odeur d’urine dans la salle de bain qui semblait toutefois propre.

Accueil, espaces et propreté très corrects. Chambre fonctionnelle. J'ai été incommodée par l' alèse en plastique source de transpiration la nuit. Le plus désagréable c'est les personnes qui discutent dans le couloir car les locaux sont très sonores.

un tres grand probleme de service et un grand manque de professionnalisme, leur comporte a mis ma vie et mon sejour en danger tres serverment. je suis entrain de me poser la question si je dois leur poursuive en justice vue les evenements survenue par leur faute et la faille de sécurité, malgre mes instrutions tres claire laisse a leur agent vendredi. leur faille ma oblige de partir de la chambre hier soir 30 minute apres mon arrive.
